If he is Perdition himself, then why did he come to earth just to kill one guy? Being the first person to kill someone is pretty cool and all, I guess. But I would think that if I were Perdition and set out from the preexistence to do the will of Satan, I would want to wreck a whole lot more havok. I would want to be Hitler or someone. I would want to nuke the Church office building or something. Killing one dude seems like a pretty weak entry for he who is to rule over Satan.
