To be honest with you, I am not quite sure why this happens. We have a high turnover rate where I work too. (I think it's about 200% a year). I think that kids aren't taught a work ethic these days. Parents pretty much give their kids all they need, and then expect them to go out into the world on their own. This really doesn't work.

Perhaps you are a mean boss. Are you nice to your employees?</description>
