Technically, it's just as bad, if not worse, since drinking hard will kill your liver, but red meat and no exercise will kill your heart. Personally, I think it would be better to be in great shape, get outside, exercise and have a beer afterwards. They aren't marketing it to delis and grocery stores though. It's mostly going to be sold in high-end restaurants as a replacement for wine. It's a "cullinary" soda to be paired with food.
