I wonder why the church leaders, as part of "perfect the saints", don't teach complete economic principles:

Thou shalt not steal means don't steal, either individually or as a majority vote.

...how to best influence others for good.

...who and where the &$*!# my wife is! :)

...what my deceased relatives are up to at this very moment.

...what is stored in the other 90% of my brain.

...how best to promote Quoty. (Sorry, shameless plug!) :)

...what new legislation we'll see with Democrats in the House.

I certianly don't wonder about angels singing. What you're hearing are overtones and other acoustical phenomenom. Now when you're not singing well, yeah, that's probebly angels making sure the spirit is felt, despite you!:)

I wonder if I'll ever find what I want to do with my life (career-wise)

I wonder whether I'll have to wait till the Milleneum for marriage

...why are apartments so close together

...how do you know when you've run out of invisible ink

...why did we lose our first child

...why am I an elders quorum president...again

I wonder

why so many people are conflicted about blogging

why they cancelled Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn

what the scriptures would be like if God cared about philosophy

if Seth will know why I say to him: "quinze"

how I will die

how electrons know to obey all the crazy laws of quantum mechanics

Do you ever wonder…
…how many of the strangers all around you were people you knew really well in the pre-existence?

Yes. I strongly felt that a couple missionary companions and some investigators had been friends in the pre-mortal existence.

…what the state of Christianity would be today if we had as much knowledge of the first apostles as we do of Joseph Smith and the early LDS leaders?

I've only indirectly or tangentially wondered that. Things like "What if we had more of the early Apostles' writings?"

…if God has a sense of humor? (He does.)

Yes, and I agree.

…if Christ were to walk into a chapel on Sunday, where he’d go first? (It’s the nursery.)

Don't you think he'd come in during sacrament meeting first if that is the first meeting?

…where all those people on the freeway are going?

Sometimes.

…how much you are missing out on by not paying attention?

Yes.

…if there are angels singing along?

I think of them more often as cringing as we sing. I've often felt the presence of angels in sacrament meeting. (They stand in back or sit up upon the ledges that often run the length of the sides of chapel proper.)

What do you wonder about?

I need to get over this one, but I often ponder on how things would have turned out had I been more obedient to the promptings from the Holy Ghost. Most of the big mistakes in my life that had major negative life-altering consequences were from ignoring the Spirit.

My gut and experience tells me that I have readily and easily recognized those I loved in the "premortal years". In fact I think I have always "sought"them and in the cosmic scheme of things , have found them. And there are more out there I'll meet in the future! At least that's what I think.
