Wow! Has President Monson Aged!!
Check out this month’s Ensign.
The first article is by President Monson and has a nice picture of him. Then on page 10 it shows the new first Presidency. It appears to me when I compare photos that he’s aged just in the short time he wrote the first article to 10 pages later.
(Actually he does look a lot older than his other photos)

Well, how is he supposed to look like Prophet Monson as apposed to First Counselor Monson?:)

He wrote the message five years ago (April 03 Gen. Conf.), so the aging is appropriate.

Pics or it didn’t happen.

Do you really think the Ensign staff hurries out to take “fresh” photos of a person, every time they have an article published? Surely this was a stock photo of Monson, and it could be several years old.

He’ll be 81 in 4 months, he has type 2 diabetes.
He is old. Get used to it.

He’ll be 81 in August.
He has Type-2 diabetes.
He’s not the young apostle in his 30’s that I remember from the 1960’s.
Get used to it. He’s old.

I hate it when the Ensign’s Air Brush Team goes on vacation.

I also hate it when my clicker sticks.

It looks like everyone is getting a non-response when they first click. I hope this can be cleaned up.

It’s been like that for months. Just click once and wait a few seconds then navigate somewhere else.

Sorry everyone, I don’t know what the problem is and I don’t know how to fix it. Anyone know what it could be?

I noted this aging you’re referring too when I saw him on TV. I was surprised.
Someone mention he was getting over the flu. This may account for weight loss and the haggard appearance at the press conference.
