To be honest with you, I am not quite sure why this happens. We have a high turnover rate where I work too. (I think it&#039;s about 200% a year). I think that kids aren&#039;t taught a work ethic these days. Parents pretty much give their kids all they need, and then expect them to go out into the world on their own. This really doesn&#039;t work.

Perhaps you are a mean boss. Are you nice to your employees?</description>
