It&#039;s a question of morals, to a degree, right? God gave man dominion over the earth but expected us to be good caretakers of it. Obviously the best way would be to find some happy medium somehow.
This reminds me of the problem of field burning every September and the spud harvest going on right now. Burning fertilizes the ground and prepares the soil for the next year (plus gets rid of the chaff) but it also causes a whole bunch of air pollution. As an asthmatic, I sure don&#039;t like September, but I understand why it needs to be done. So, until they can find a better way of doing things, I don&#039;t mind (too much, as long as they ARE looking for better ways to help both parties)staying indoors more often during this time.
How they can do this with fish, I don&#039;t know. I definitly think we cannot be light about our environment, though. Every species lost is a tragedy but sometimes sacrifices may have to be made.
