Thanks for the post. I think a lot of what you’re saying has to do with the way God feels about us. He would rather that we use His gifts and blessing than see us hurt. Horrible experiences might draw us to Him but He would rather us take His road. He would rather that we humble our own selves than be compelled.

Susan, What you’ve been thru would scare the liver out of me!

I think I’d say “You can scare me”, fortunately most of the time I can overcome the scare me part thru faith and prayers….but things still scare me!
