Not a small thing, really. And, like so many other good things, you have to cultivate the right attitude - it is so easy in this world to get bitter and discouraged. BTW, I liked the MAD magazines of 1970s and 1980s better than since Bill Gaines died. The usual gang of idiots were really a riot. Perhaps I'm getting a little gray and fusty... People who are grateful are happier. Not a small thing, really.
