Low are fantastic live. I get tears in my eyes from the very opening song. Something about the harmonies I think.

I just always assumed Joseph Smith because he said “I am going like a lamb to the slaughter” and his last words were “I am a dead man.”

I see “I Am the Lamb” as being about both Joseph Smith and Jesus Christ. The first verse is Joseph talking, the second is Jesus.
